Cancellations can be made online up to 48 hours before appointment start time. Please contact me directly for cancellations needing to be made 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment or the day of the appointment. Same day cancellations result in a 50% charge of the booked service. No call/no show will result in a 100% charge of the appointment.
